These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of saasstatshub.com (the "Site"), operated by SaaSStatsHub ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

SaaSStatsHub publishes statistics, market data, and analysis about Software-as-a-Service products compiled from public sources. The Site is provided as an informational reference, not as professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are not prohibited from using the Site under applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site in violation of any law or regulation;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, server, or network;
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network connected to the Site;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying source of any non-public component;
Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy content beyond what is permitted by Section 5;
Send automated requests at a rate that interferes with normal operation;
Submit false or misleading information through any form;
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code;
Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm another person;
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

4. Content & Accuracy

Statistics on the Site are compiled from third-party sources, which we cite. We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and timeliness but make no warranty that data is error-free, current, or fit for any particular purpose. Always verify critical figures with the original source before relying on them for business, legal, financial, medical, or other consequential decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

Statistics themselves remain the intellectual property of their original sources (Gartner, Statista, vendor reports, etc.). Our commentary, organization, and analysis are licensed to you under the following terms:

You may quote up to 100 words of our commentary with clear attribution and a clickable link back to the source page;
You may not reproduce the Site's structured tables (Quick Overview, Key Takeaways) in full without written permission;
You may not redistribute substantial portions of the Site for commercial purposes.

6. User Submissions

If you submit content to us (corrections, pitches via "Write for Us", contact emails), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and publish that content in connection with the Site. You represent that you have the right to grant this license. We may decline, edit, or remove submissions at our sole discretion.

Newsletter subscriptions are voluntary. By subscribing, you consent to receive periodic emails from us. Each email includes an unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly. See our Privacy Policy for how subscriber data is handled.

8. Affiliate Links

Some outbound links may be affiliate links that earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence the statistics we report. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

9. Third-Party Advertising

The Site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or comparable advertising networks. Advertisements are clearly distinguishable from editorial content. We do not endorse advertised products, do not control ad creative, and are not responsible for the practices of advertisers.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites operated by parties not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites. Following an external link is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSStatsHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility.

Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising out of these Terms is limited to SGD 100 or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaaSStatsHub, its operators, and contributors from any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your misuse of the Site.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, government action, labor disputes, internet failures, hosting provider outages, or pandemics.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced via a banner on the Site for at least 30 days. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, except that you may bring an action in your country of residence where local mandatory consumer-protection law gives you that right.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced with one that achieves the original intent to the extent permitted by law.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and SaaSStatsHub regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.
