Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: May 17, 2026
SaaSStatsHub may participate in affiliate marketing programs. This disclosure explains what that means and how we keep our analysis independent.
1. How Affiliate Links Work
Some outbound links to vendor websites contain a tracking parameter that identifies us as the referring site. When you click such a link and complete a qualifying action (typically a purchase, free trial, or sign-up) the vendor pays us a commission. This costs you nothing extra - your price is the same as it would be without the link.
2. How We Identify Affiliate Links
-
Affiliate links carry the HTML attribute
rel="sponsored"per Google's link qualification guidelines. - Articles that contain affiliate links carry a notice at the top: "This article contains affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you purchase, at no cost to you."
-
Where required by law (e.g., Instagram or YouTube cross-posts), we use platform-specific
disclosures such as
#ad.
3. Editorial Independence
- Affiliate relationships never influence the statistics we report. Numbers come from independent sources (Gartner, Statista, financial filings, vendor disclosures) and are cited in every article.
- We do not accept payment for favorable coverage. Sponsored content, if ever published, will be clearly labeled "Sponsored" and separated from editorial content.
- Our editorial team retains full control over which products to mention, the order they appear, and the analysis we publish.
- Affiliate revenue helps fund the data research and editorial work - without it, we would need to add a paywall or display more advertising.
4. Programs We Participate In
The list of affiliate programs we participate in evolves over time. Current major programs may include:
- SaaS vendor partner programs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, etc.) where applicable;
- Affiliate networks (Impact, ShareASale, PartnerStack, etc.) where the vendor uses them.
For a specific link, the destination URL or our redirect domain (if any) tells you which network processes the referral.
5. If You Prefer Not to Use Affiliate Links
You can navigate directly to any vendor's website by typing their name in your browser. We will not earn a commission, and our coverage of that product will not change.
6. FTC, UK CMA, and EU Compliance
- United States (FTC): This disclosure complies with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR Part 255 - Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.
- United Kingdom (CMA): Complies with the Competition and Markets Authority's guidance on online endorsements and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
- European Union: Complies with Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair commercial practices, requiring clear identification of commercial intent.
